The anticipation game.

Anticipation. That is the game today. In John Maxwell's Intentional Living he talks about anticipation in business and in one's personal life. I love words like "abundance", "anticipation", "intentional", "greatness" as I'm sure you've noticed by now. These words command action. You can't use the word "greatness" to describe your life if you are doing nothing abnormal. It immediately causes one to pause and say to themselves "what am I doing to achieve greatness?". Same goes for anticipation.

When I think of anticipating something it always corresponds to visiting a friend. At the end of the month I am going to Dallas to visit my best friend and my children will stay home with my husband. I mean how awesome is that?! NO KIDS? WOW. I am a mom after all. Kids are always with me, except that one weekend. I am beyond elated and I anticipate an amazing weekend! I will bring tons of LuLaRoe and Paparazzi and will introduce so many women to those brands. I also anticipate ordering our new lines and having much needed R&R at Spa Castle. These are basic examples of anticipation and with this attitude in spirit I will undoubtedly have a marvelous time. Simply because I anticipate it. I decide to have a wonderful time regardless of what life may throw our way.

So let's chat about next-level anticipation. Something I love about Intentional Living is when Maxwell talks about walking into the doors of opportunity. You must walk through those doors anticipating abundance and greatness. You do not know what's behind those doors nor what they will bring. Just that you walk through them with the anticipation of something awesome, then you walk through the next door with the same anticipation and so on. This generates a lifestyle of walking through doors on your way to greatness with anticipation in your heart.

I have an amazing opportunity to join a networking group that I refer to it as "next-level networking" because it's just that. It will push me to achieve greatness and go beyond any level of success I have ever known. It's scary as $h*t because it's real. It's financially demanding and rewarding beyond what my mind can comprehend. It's life changing in every way for me. I went to a meeting with them and a few hours later I was building this site. That group generates creativity, action, next-level (tired of me using this phrase yet?) commitment from me. I'll be able to build power partners which has been an unfulfilled passion of mine for years! Because I want to give back and accomplish greatness with others- not solo because it doesn't happen that way.

Tell me, when was the last time you did something that generated this sort of commitment and action from you? Have you not found it yet? I encourage you to find that one thing that pushed you beyond your boundaries. It should scare you spit-less because it will command a change. It will command a deeper level of understanding of yourself and your life's work. Do it. Do it NOW. Then come back and tell me all about it!

XOXOXOXOXO

Hannah
